MobileMoxie was founded in 2008 by Cindy Krum. MobileMoxie initially focused mostly on mobile web & search engine optimization, UX, messaging and native app optimization. In 2014, MobileMoxie began investing in the development of a proprietary SEO and ASO toolset.
In 2014, MobileMoxie started the development of an internal SEO and ASO toolset. In 2016, the MobileMoxie tools become public and are currently offered for free and a more robust set of tool functionality is available MobileMoxie tool subscribers. We are consistently working on improving our tools performance and functionality.
SEO & Technical Tools
We pass all the relevant User-Agent and other information that a real phone in that location would send to the Search Engine which then responds accordingly with the results. We routinely compare and review the results our test returns against actual results to ensure its accuracy.
We do our best to keep our mobile device lists updated with the latest technology for both Android and iOS. We regularly compare Page-oscopes to ensure we are providing our users with the most up to date results as they would appear on any device.
Yes we store historical tests created using the Tools within the Members area (not Integration Tests) and make them available so you can review and compare them over time.
Occasionally, when we have a higher than normal number of users on the tools at one time, the tool will return a Google Captcha. This is a normal thing that Google does when it feels like a searcher has submitted a lot of queries - It is evidence that Google perceives our tools as real phones, and you are getting real results. The best thing to do is complete the Captcha, and continue working. If you get more than one Captcha in a row, please let us know. If this happens, it might be best to take a break, and come back to the tool a bit later.

The free version of the SERPerator allows you to conduct up to 5 tests per day and compare results in 2 different devices in each test. The paid version of the SERPerator allows MobileMoxie users to upload multiple queries and location and test them in a daily, weekly or monthly basis - archiving those results over time. The SERPerator also offers a radius testing setting for paying users, to test local SEO results around a physical location, at a pre-set radius, at two 10-mile increments around the address that is submitted.
If a user provides only a city name for their search, we conduct the test from the physical center of the city.
If a user provides only a post code for their search, we conduct the test from the physical center of the post code area.
All live SERPerator test results are interactive and clickable. Results collected overtime are screenshots of the live results and thus, they are not interactive.
The MobileMoxie SERPerator allows users to test search results all over the world with any language settings. Using your personal phone to test search results is not an accurate or effective way to test. It also limits the results that you can test to your current location and your current phone language settings. Using the SERPerator lets you change the testing location and languages without adding apps or changing settings on your own phone, and also removes the risk of any personalization on your own phone impacting the accuracy of the results.
Google takes under consideration the exact location of the user and provides the most relevant results related to proximity. Tools that pass no location data are easy for Google to spot and may not reflect accurate or real results that Google is ever serving.
Different language settings will change the content and websites that rank, as well as how the results are presented, regardless of the physical location of the search and regardless of the language of the query that is submitted. Even when language settings are not congruent with the query language and location of the searcher, Google still takes under consideration and updates relevant parts of the results to be in the language of preference when possible.

Our local SEO testing allows you to test search results in one exact store locations with additional locations around that location in a radius, with two 10-mile increments - returning a total of 13 test results in the area. This way you can see how much the search results change as searchers move further from your physical location.

Many businesses working on international settings need to manage different country-specific customizations including those for language, currency, shipping or legal restrictions. The MobileMoxie Page-oscope allows you to test these country-specific customizations on one page, in different countries all over the world.
All live testing Page-oscope results are interactive and clickable for all live testing. Results collected overtime are saved as full-length screenshots from the live results. Since they are historical, they must be saved as screen shots, and thus, are not interactive.
The MobileMoxie Page-oscope allows users to test pages on different phones, as if you were standing anywhere in the world. Using your personal phone for testing limits the results to your current physical location and only lets you test on the specific phone handset that you own. Using your own phone for testing instead of the Page-oscope may also mean that your personal phone testing results are impacted by personalized phone settings such as font size or zoom level in your mobile brower.
The free version of the Page-oscope allows you to test up to 5 pages per day and compare in 2 different devices. These tests are not saved for future comparison.

MobileMoxie Pro and Enterprise Plans offer the ability to manage multiple clients at a time with some management controls.
The MobileMoxie tools can be integrated into your websites, dashboards or other utilities online. There is a full-size integration, that will embed a full-sized phone onto a page, or a small phone icon that triggers a modal, to pass the information. Either of these options allows you to integrate the Page-oscope or the SERPerator with only a little more than a simple bit of script. Results can be live, or can be historical, collecting results from the SERPerator or the Page-oscope, and compiled over time. We are also working on APIs to simply pass numeric results for our Ease-ometer on the SERPerator and Diff-ometer from the Page-oscope.
Yes - You can access all of our tools as well as our Integrations from the one login.
Once we move out of Beta we will be introducing plans for the Integrations which will allow you to choose the account plan that best suits how you wish to use the Integration.
The MobileMoxie Integration are open to a wide range of users including individual developers, corporate organizations and SaaS Tool Providers. Anyone that wants to provide their team or users better access to mobile development tools can use our Integration. Note: All access to the Integrations must be inside an app or internal system and not publicly accessible.
We have more than 35 iOS and Android devices to choose from. We regularly update our list of devices and the emulations so that our users have access to the latest common devices. Rather than us listing them all here, try our Free Tools and see the different devices in use.
Yes, the APIs and Plugins can been created to provide Mobile search results and emulation inside other SaaS products. If you have any questions please contact us to discuss your use. Note: All access to the Integrations must be inside an app or internal system and not publicly accessible.
When you are setting up your Integration Key the field 'Your Host URL' is for the root domain that you will be running the Integration on. Eg. If you are going to place the API code onto a page on this URL, https://www.myspecialsite.com/page/ you would enter this URL in the field: https://www.myspecialsite.com/
Yes. Simply use the top level domain for the site you will be calling the Integration from. E.g. If you are going to place the Integration code onto a page on this URL, https://app.myspecialsite.com/serpscreen/ you would enter this URL in the field: https://app.myspecialsite.com/
We bill on the anniversary of your initial purchase. For monthly recurring charges it will be the same date each month. E.g. If you signed up on the 12th of April, you will get billed on the 12th of each month.
We currently offer Credit and Debit Card transactions. For enterprize plans and large-scale API integrations please contact us for additional payment options.
Much as we will be disappointed if you no longer need our services, you can cancel your plan and billing with us inside your account profile. You can also downgrade to a free account, and no further billing will occur.
That's okay, we all do that from time to time. It's easy to get it reset, simply click on the 'LOGIN' button in the top right of screen, and click the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' button. Input your email address and if it matches one in our system you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password. If you continue having issues, please contact us using the contact form.
