That’s okay, we all do that from time to time. It’s easy reset, simply click on the ‘LOGIN’ button in the top right of the screen, and click the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ button. Input your email address and if it matches one in our system you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password. If you continue having issues, please contact us using the contact form.

If you can’t login and it isn’t just a password reset problem then you will need to use our contact form and send us a message so one of our team can look into it for you.

We have numerous different options for large enterprise clients and would love to discuss these with you. Please use our contact form and send us a message so we can get back in touch.

You can upgrade your MobileMoxie membership by navigating to your account settings, clicking ‘billing’, then selecting ‘change plan.’ From this screen you can compare plans and either upgrade or downgrade.

You can request an Enterprise MobileMoxie membership by navigating to your account settings, clicking ‘billing’, then selecting ‘change plan.’ From this screen, scroll down and select ‘Find Out More’ under ‘Enterprise Solutions.’ In the lightbox that appears tell us a bit about your company and what you would need to get the most out of the MobileMoxie tools so we can design a custom plan for your needs.

While we understand our tools certainly aren’t for everyone – we will miss you! To cancel your plan, navigate to the ‘Account’ page via the person icon in the bottom left of any MobileMoxie page. Then click ‘Account Details’ and finally select ‘Cancel Your Plan’ under the billing section.

We bill on the anniversary of your initial purchase. For monthly recurring charges, it will be the same date each month. E.g. If you signed up on the 12th of April, you will get billed on the 12th of each month. If you signed up for a MobileMoxie free trial, your first charge will be at the end of the trial.

Much as we will be disappointed if you no longer need our services, you can cancel your plan and billing with us inside your account profile. You can also downgrade to a free account, and no further billing will occur.
