App Star Rating
App Star Rankings are based aggregated based on user-feedback from within the app stores – Google Play and the App Store. They range from 0 to 5, and are often averaged over ‘all time’ or by app update number. Both metrics can impact an apps ability to rank well in stores – both over all and for keyword and category searches. Star ‘rating’ are sometimes called star ‘rankings’ both phrases reference the same thing. Star Ratings are often given as part of a review process, and sometimes written reviews are included but they don’t have to be.
