App Download Volume
App Download Volume represents the number of time that users successfully requested and downloaded the app. It is the major KPI in ASO, after revenue and possibly engagement. App Download Volume is considered a Dynamic ASO Ranking Factor because it can change over time, without updates or changes to the app meta data. Since it is part of the app ranking algorithm in both stores, it can impact how easily a specific app will have to work to rank well for specific terms or in specific categories.
